 Omelet with tahini  Instructions: 1 - In a bowl, crack 3 eggs. Mix with salt and pepper. 2 - Mix tahini with lemon juice, salt, crushed garlic. 3 - Add the tahini to the eggs with parsley. 4 - Fry in a pan. 5 - Drizzle with leftover tahini and parsley and serve.

 Potato fries' pizza Instructions: 1 - Cut potatoes in sticks without peeling. 2 - Wash. Rub with salt and pepper. 3 - Bake in the oven. 4 - In a pan, put olive oil, fry sliced onions till they caramelize, then add garlic till it becomes golden. 5 - Put salt and pepper. 6 - Make marinara sauce. 7 - On top of the fries, put the onions and garlic, then the marinara sauce. Top with cheese, mozzarella or cheddar. 8 - Toast in the oven and serve!

 Steak bites Instructions: 1 - Cut the steak in cubes. Season with salt and pepper. 2 - Fry in vegetable oil. The sauce as a side is chili oil: chili + oil. 3 - As a side, cut potatoes into wedges. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven. 4 - As a side dish salad, cut cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce. The dressing is vinegar, olive oil and salt.

 Chinese spaghetti Instructions: 1 - Boil pasta in salted water. 2 - In a pan, put oil, and stir fry garlic, onions, carrots cut in batonnets, sliced cabbage, green bell peppers cut in batonnets, and mushrooms so that they stay crispy. 3 - Add pasta with toasted sesame seeds and peanuts to the mix with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, a tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and hot chili powder. 4 - Serve hot.
