 Omelette with cream


Instructions:

1 - Mix 3 eggs with a fork with salt and pepper.

2 - Add cream, lemon zest, orange zest, a dash of orange juice and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

3 - Fry in a pan.

4 - Serve hot with a glass of red wine.
