Multicolor salad
Instructions:
1 - Slice tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and olives.
2 - Add corn, shaved carrots, diced green, yellow and red bell peppers.
3 - Add cubed feta cheese and oregano.
4 - Fry cubed eggplant in vegetable oil.
5 - Add artichokes and cubed eggplant.
6 - For the dressing, add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, wine or apple vinegar, salt and pepper.
7 - Drizzle the dressing on the salad.
8 - Serve and enjoy!
