🥗 Classic Apple Salad (Light & Fresh)

Ingredients

  • 2 crisp apples (Granny Smith, Fuji, or Honeycrisp), chopped

  • 1 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or lettuce)

  • ¼ cup walnuts or pecans, toasted

  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or raisins

  • ¼ cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt & black pepper

Steps

  1. Toss apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
