Strawberry milk
🍓 Classic Homemade Strawberry Milk
Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries (washed, hulled, chopped)

2–3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: oat, soy, almond, etc.)

Optional: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

Cook the strawberries: In a small pot, combine strawberries and sugar. Simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes until soft and syrupy.

Blend: Let cool slightly, then blend into a smooth puree.

Strain (optional): For smoother milk, strain out seeds.

Mix: Add the puree to cold milk. Stir or blend.

Chill and serve: Serve cold over ice or refrigerate for 30 mins.
🍓 Quick Raw Version (No Cooking)
Ingredients:

1 cup milk (any kind)

1/2 cup fresh strawberries

1–2 tbsp maple syrup, agave, or sugar

Optional: pinch of salt, vanilla
Instructions:

Add everything to a blender.

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Strain if you want a smoother texture.

Serve cold!

For a vegan version, oat milk or soy milk works best for creaminess.
