📝 Ingredients:

2 cups mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts)

1 egg white

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder or cayenne (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

Optional: pinch of cinnamon or black pepper for warmth

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk the egg white in a large bowl until frothy.

Add the brown sugar, honey/maple syrup, and spices. Mix well.
