Onion spaghetti with lemon and parsley
INGREDIENTS
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Zaa'tar
- Onion
- Garlic
- Spaghetti
Directions
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water al dente.
2. In a pan, put olive oil and fry the onions until caramelized for 45 minutes. Add garlic and saute.
3. Add zaa'tar, lemon juice and parsley to the pan.
4. Add spaghetti to the pan, and season with salt and pepper.
