Poem about chocolate
Ode to Chocolate
Velvet rivers, dark and deep,
A secret that the senses keep.
Melting warmth on tongue’s delight,
Turns the ordinary into night.
Bitter, sweet, a whispered kiss,
A moment folded into bliss.
Tiny squares or bars so grand,
Magic crafted by human hand.
Cocoa dreams in molten streams,
Filling hearts with sugared gleams.
Oh, chocolate, soft and true,
Every bite feels born anew.
