Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based like oat, almond, or soy)

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or mix: 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp ginger, pinch of cloves)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee or 1–2 shots of espresso

Instructions
