Quick noodles

 Here’s a super quick and easy Quick Noodles recipe for when you want something tasty in a flash!


Quick Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack instant noodles (any flavor) or 100g dried noodles

  • 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, bell peppers, etc.) — fresh or frozen

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

  • 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or olive)

  • Chili flakes or sauce (optional, for spice)

  • Green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles:
    Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté garlic and veggies:
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender.

  3. Add noodles:
    Toss in the cooked noodles. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well to combine.

  4. Season:
    Add chili flakes or sauce if you like it spicy. Adjust soy sauce to taste.

  5. Serve:
    Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
