Mint salad
A mint salad is fresh, cooling, and perfect as a side or light main—especially in hot weather. Mint pairs beautifully with fruits, grains, or veggies depending on the style you want.
Here are two delicious versions: a light Lebanese-style mint salad and a fruit-based mint salad.
🥗 1. Lebanese-Style Mint Salad
🌿 Ingredients:

1 bunch fresh mint leaves (stems removed)

1 bunch parsley (optional, for balance)

2 tomatoes, diced

1 cucumber, chopped

2–3 green onions or 1 small red onion, finely sliced

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste

Optional: sumac, pomegranate seeds, or a pinch of chili flakes

Wash and chop all vegetables and herbs.
