Cucumber tea
Cucumber tea is a refreshing, light beverage perfect for hydration and relaxation. It’s easy to make, served hot or cold, and pairs well with mint or lemon.
🥒 SIMPLE CUCUMBER TEA RECIPE
Ingredients:

½ medium cucumber, thinly sliced (with or without skin)

2 cups water

1 tsp honey or agave syrup

A few fresh mint leaves

1 slice of lemon or lime

Steps:

Boil water in a pot or kettle.

Add cucumber slices and mint leaves (if using) to the hot water.

Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes.

Remove from heat and let steep for 3 more minutes.

Strain into a cup or teapot.
