  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced or chopped)

  • 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust for heat level)

  • 1–2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (torn or chopped)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
