Eat healthy

You should eat fruits and vegetables. Healthy food is the fuel the body needs. Whereas eating junk food is bad for health. Drinking water is good for the body. You should drink water when you wake up and throughout the day because the body needs water. Nuts are good for the brain, especially walnuts. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Never compromise on health, and lose excess weight. Remember, you are in charge of your health. So act accordingly.
