Cut back on caffeine

Caffeine in small doses is good. But it is important not to be addicted to caffeine, as not to drink it in large amounts. Some people are sensitive to caffeine and alcohol, as their body doesn't metabolize these substances well. Although some people drink caffeine in small amounts and it is beneficial for them, there is also the addiction to caffeine in that some people drink more than 4 cups per day, which makes a person more anxious. Plus, drinking the caffeine black is better than drinking it with dairy or sugar, to get most of the benefits of coffee. Some people with heart issues and digestive issues and anxiety are better off without caffeine as they put themselves at risk by drinking it. It is better also to limit it so as not to be dependent on this substance. Anyone who has tried to get off caffeine after drinking it experiences withdrawal effects, which tells us that caffeine is a drug. Caffeine in small amounts has benefits. So, why not start the day with a smoothie?

Spending time in nature

Spending time in nature rejuvenates the spirit. Birds chirping, and the moss. Nature calms you down. No matter how stressed you are, being surrounded by greens is a natural tranquilizer. The open sky. The stars. The mountains. The hills. The flowers. What a sight! Sunsets. And let's not forget the beaming light from the sun. Cherries hanging off from a cherry tree. A cat lying in the sun. The billows and the poplars. Spending time in nature is a must.
