 Having a pet cat lowers your blood pressure. Cats help you release oxytocin which results in making you feel better. Cats make for a great companion. If you feel lonely, I think you should get a cat because cats are friendly, and they will keep you company. Cats are pretty much independent and so do not need much care. They are very clean animals. Cats are sociable creatures, and they will help you with your emotional needs. Plus they will catch mice and insects. So they are very useful.

 Sunshine improves the mood. It gives the body vitamin D. Vitamin D is also present in fish, especially sardines as well as other fish. Sunshine fights against depression. It is essential for wellbeing. If you want to get tanned, stay in the sun with some UV protection. Bathing in the sun for half an hour a day boosts your mood and even protects your body against some cancers. Some dermatologists prescribe not staying in the sun for too long. This is true, although staying in the sun for 20 minutes per day offers benefits. If you want to be warm, stay in the sun.
